Car was good and driving is smooth, however regarding required information for clearing of the Car in my country, seller wasn't too forthcoming with information, had to be insistent before it was provided. Overall, not a bad experience if prepared to wait.

The transaction went very smoothly. All the steps were clear from the go. TCV conducted the inspections as requested and whatever the vehicle was exactly as it was declared to be. The vehicle also arrived on the date of arrival that was indicated. Throughout the process, my heart was settled as I had no fear of fraud. People from TCV always made telephone calls or sent emails whenever there was a new development, which further strengthened my trust in the process. They also responded to my emails very promptly whenever I had a question or an issue for clarification. For the first time, I was able to procure a vehicle on my own without the use of another intermediary in Uganda. I thank you for the excellent service and the excellent vehicle that I got.

The only confusion I had was with the step concerning the documents...the question was whether I received the car, but I was thinking if I received the documents from DHL...that process was unclear.
