The transaction went very smoothly. All the steps were clear from the go. TCV conducted the inspections as requested and whatever the vehicle was exactly as it was declared to be. The vehicle also arrived on the date of arrival that was indicated. Throughout the process, my heart was settled as I had no fear of fraud. People from TCV always made telephone calls or sent emails whenever there was a new development, which further strengthened my trust in the process. They also responded to my emails very promptly whenever I had a question or an issue for clarification. For the first time, I was able to procure a vehicle on my own without the use of another intermediary in Uganda. I thank you for the excellent service and the excellent vehicle that I got.
