About the PayTrade Cancellation Policy

Oct / 11 / 2012 (JST)

Thank you for your continued support and choosing tradecarview

The following is an important notice, related to the rules involved, when cancelling transactions in PayTrade

Cancel the transaction after the payment is confirmed.
*The responsible party will bear a cancellation fee. (Cancellation where the seller is responsible: minimum USD300, cancellation where the buyer is responsible: minimum USD450)

Cancellation where the SELLER is responsible

+ PayTrade will consider the following circumstances are cancellation of the transaction from the seller’s responsibilities, when the unit is not delivered, due to the reasons such as mechanical failures (which the buyer was not informed when the deal is closed), the seller sells the unit to a different buyer (within the payment due date), failure in road worthiness inspections (excluding radiation inspections, with the approval of official documentations/test results) .
*Please issue a new invoice if the seller/buyer wants to replace the original unit, because the communication/negotiation on the message thread of the original invoice will not be considered as a mutual agreement.

+ The seller has the obligation to ship the unit within 60 days from the buyer’s payment is confirmed. If delivery is not organized or sufficient effort is made for shipping within this timeframe, PayTrade will consider the transaction is cancelled due to the seller’s responsibility.+ The payment cannot be confirmed if the chassis (VIN) number is not stated on the invoice. PayTrade will consider the unit to be non-existent for such cases and if the seller does not inform the buyer and us the chassis (VIN) number within 10 days of payment confirmation, the transaction will be cancelled because of the responsibility of the seller.

Cancellation where the BUYER is responsible

+ The buyer is responsible for understanding all restrictions and import regulations for the country of importation. If the unit is not able to be shipped because of the buyer’s misunderstanding of the regulation then the buyer is responsible for the cancellation.

+ The buyer must confirm all information provided on the listing before placing the order. PayTrade will consider that the buyer has viewed and understood all details/information provided on the listing when ordering, if the buyer claims cancellation because of the misunderstanding the description of the item, it will be buyer’s responsibility.
