Change of manufactured year regulation for Samoa

This is to inform all users importing vehicles to Samoa (formally named Independent State of Samoa) about the change of manufactured year regulation.
The Samoan government has announced that imported vehicles, arriving in Samoa on and after January 1st, 2017, must be less than 8 years from manufactured year at the date of such importation.
Please be careful when purchasing vehicles.
