TCV is a marketplace where multiple sellers bring and list their products.
Transactions that do not use MyTCV (e.g., transactions made by contacting the vendor directly) are not eligible for support.
We have confirmed several inquiries at this time, and since we have identified such cases, this notice is issued as a reminder.
Also, sellers who have committed such acts are in violation of the terms and conditions and are doing business, so please contact support if this happens to you. We may be able to consider a reward and provide a response to the distress you are suffering.
