We would like to address the recent issue regarding the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) server, which is our main server, that resulted in unstable communication.
Incident Period
From around 10:20 PM on June 15, 2023, to approximately 7:45 AM on June 16, 2023.
From around 2:00 PM on June 16, 2023, to approximately 10:00 AM on June 17, 2023.
Japan Standard Time (JST).
We are pleased to inform you that the server has been restored and is now operating normally.
We deeply apologize for the significant inconvenience this may have caused you as a service provider.
This issue may have caused delays in some transactions. We kindly request your cooperation in verifying the status of your transactions once again.
We will make every effort to prevent a recurrence of such incidents.
