Please note that TCV Corporation, the Subsidiaries and TCV Oversea Customer Centers will be closed as below.
※Payment and refund processing of “Receiving Agent Service” will be open on only Friday, 29th December 2023.
TCV Corporation in Japan
From Thursday, 28th December 2023 to Wednesday, 3rd January 2024
TCV Office in Kenya and Zambia
Closed from Saturday, the 23rd December 2023 and will resume on Tuesday, the 2nd January 2024.
TCV Oversea Customer Centers In Tanzania and Uganda
Closed on Monday, the 25th December 2023, Tuesday, the 26th December 2023, and Monday, the 1st January 2024.
TCV Oversea Customer Center In Mozambique
Will be open as usual during the year-end and New Year period.
All of us will resume on Thursday, 4th January 2024.
