This is to inform you that the system update for Guyana-bound vehicle exports
has been successfully implemented on February 5, 2025, at 19:00 (JST).

As per the official announcement from the Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA), starting February 1, 2025,
all used vehicles exported to Guyana must undergo a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) conducted by Auto Terminal Japan Ltd. (ATJ).

With this update:
☆ATJ pre-shipment inspection is now automatically applied to all applicable transactions.
☆It is no longer possible to opt out or remove the inspection requirement.
☆Buyers must carefully review the details of their offers and invoices before proceeding with payment.

【Key Updates & Buyer Guidelines】
● System Update Completion: February 5, 2025, at 19:00 (JST)
● Effective Date for Guyana Regulation: Applies to all used vehicles shipped on or after February 1, 2025
● Mandatory Inspection: All vehicles must undergo PSI by Auto Terminal Japan Ltd. (ATJ)
● Invoice & Payment Updates: The pre-shipment inspection fee is now automatically included in the invoice
● Exemptions: Vehicles purchased and shipped before January 31, 2025, are not affected
● Inspection Certificate Requirement: Buyers must upload the ATJ inspection certificate to ASYCUDA along with other necessary documents for customs clearance in Guyana

ensuring compliance with the mandatory pre-shipment inspection requirement for Guyana.
