toyota wish its a nice car but smart sensor key need care enough ,cause its very expensive to buy ,also take care on computer box ,the place where is located is under the hood in the engine room ,while washing ,or cleaning your vehicle take care with water spread to the computer can lead to you damage the electronic parts and lead you to buy another .motion is extremely very nice it flows quietly and friendly in fuel comsumption.

On May 7, 2015, Toyota Wish was partly improved. CVT was improved and the fuel consumption of 2WD model with 1.8 liters was reduced to 16.0 km/L. Super UV-cut glass with water repellent was also adopted, increasing comfort of drivers.
Special specification car, Toyota Wish 1.8S MONOTONE, was also improved with the same changes as the base model.

In April 2012, Toyota Wish had its minor change in the interior and exterior design and improvements in fuel consumption.
For the exterior, the design of the radiator grill and back door garnish was changed; LED rear combination lamps and door mirrors with turn signal light were also added.
Sports grade of Toyota Wish was equipped with a newly designed aero bumper and black aluminum wheels, with a bright surface cutting that emphasized the sportiness of model.
For the interior, the central cluster and power windows of some grades have been styled to look like a carbon. To strengthen the individuality, each grade of Wish was equipped with exclusive seat covers.
On the technical side, the engine of Toyota Wish was improved and fuel consumption became better. All grades meet fuel efficiency standard of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport of Japan.
Toyota changed the variation of Wish into 5 grades: 2.0G was abolished, 1.8G was added instead, and 1.8A grade, which was developed from 1.8S with more careful selection of equipment, was added as a new grade.

In March 2009, the second generation of Toyota Wish, a low minivan with hinge-type doors, was released for sale. The model change was made under the concept of "Smart Multi Player WISH" and aiming at the natural development of the model by balancing reliable basic performance and high-functionality.
Toyota Wish body remains compact and handy. Its size is unchanged from the previous generation, except that the total length was increased by 30 mm, aiming at enhancement of security against collision. As it was before, the line-up of the second generation includes a standard-sized grade with aero parts.
The new exterior design of Toyota Wish emphasizes dynamism and sportiness, providing a voluminous image of spacious indoor. Indeed, the interior boasts a comfortable space enough for of 7 passengers. There are 2 types of third row seats; captain seats for 6 passengers or bench type for 7 passengers. In the real life scenes, Wish is very flexible in seat arrangements that can allow from 2 up to 7 people, depending on the number of passengers and luggage.
Toyota Wish has 2 types of engine: 1.8 liter and 2 liter engines, both equipped with Valvematic system. Transmission is continuously variable transmission Super CVT-i with 7-speed sequential gearbox. Some grades are equipped with a paddle.
Driving system is basically FF, but 1.8 liter model is also available with 4WD.
Toyota Wish is eco-friendly; it is achieved by adopting features such as eco mode switch, eco driving indicator etc. To prevent slide slip, steering-assisted vehicle stability control (S-VSC) is set to all grades as a standard equipment.

In August 2005, the design of the front and rear parts of Toyota Wish were renewed. A sequential transmission used in Wish Z was changed to 7-speed. Model with 1.8 liter was equipped with 4-speed sequential transmission. As a result, the engine became more eco-friendly.

Toyota Wish was released for sale in January 2003. Wish was developed under the theme of "WISH COMES TRUE". It was intended as a new-generation vehicle that goes beyond existing car classes; standing out the sportiness and practicality. It should be the ideal future car.
Originally, Toyota already had a compact passenger car called Ipsum, however, after a model change Ipsum was changed to standard passenger car and Toyota Wish was born as a new compact passenger vehicle.
The exterior of Toyota Wish is designed sporty, using a capsule as a prototype. One of the characteristic features of Wish is its vertical 4-lamp system headlamps.
For the interior, Toyota Wish has three-row independent seats for 7 passengers. Through long wheelbase and flat floor, spacious head clearance and wide leg space are achieved for all seats. By adopting a division-collapsible second seat and a third seat, various seat arrangements are possible depending on the occasion.The third row seats can be tilted down or raised by one touch, with a reclining function. The driver's seat looks like a cockpit, using a gate type instrumental panel and a round meter hood. Passengers can walk-through the second row seats by adopting the foot-operated parking brake.
The engine of Toyota Wish is 1.8 liter BEAMS engine.
Transmission is 4-speed AT. For safety features, supplemental restraint system (SRS) airbag, antilock brake system (ABS) etc. are equipped.
